Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation under 24 hours, a 30% cancellation fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. If the client is more than 10 minutes late, stylist has the right to cancel the appointment to avoid disruption in scheduling of other clients and a 30% fee will be charged. In cases of no call no show, that client will be automatically charged a 30% fee, will be blacklisted and unable to return to Venom & Vanity Salon.
*in the event an invalid credit card is provided, the client will be blacklisted and unable to return to Venom & Vanity Salon without full payment.
